The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for managing the running of the Production Environment 24x7x366, handling PCI including PCI Audits and SOC Audits, PCI Data, executing tasks involving PCI Data and create/update (write) Operations Procedures.

This role is well suited to professionals with a background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Dev Ops, Systems Reliability, Operations Engineering, or Production Engineering. This is a very hands-on role!

• Run Operations Task (some off-hours)
• Follow Operations Procedures
• Help Write Operations Procedures
• Hands-on (climb a ladder, string a wire, etc...)
• Build and Configure Systems
• Troubleshooting / Diagnosing Issues
• Present to cross-functional team members
• Knowledgeable from learning

• 1-3 years experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of PCI/SOC compliance and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell) for automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java or Go
• Expertise in Restful APIs, cloud computing, and databases.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The salary for this position is $110,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered.

This position is based 5x a week in our Palo Alto, HQ.
