Solutions Engineer

Safebooks AI is transforming finance operations with an AI-powered platform that automates reconciliation, speeds up month-end close, and eliminates manual errors. We work with forward-thinking finance teams ready to move beyond spreadsheets and legacy systems.

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with AEs to lead technical discovery, run custom demos, manage proof-of-concepts, and support complex enterprise sales. You’ll be the technical voice in the room — guiding CFOs, Controllers, and Business Application teams on how Safebooks AI solves real workflow challenges.

• Drive technical discovery and custom demos
• Own POCs and support full sales cycles
• Align product capabilities to customer needs
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to share feedback
• Present business value and ROI

• 5+ years in SaaS pre-sales or solutions engineering
• Experience with data platforms and related data ecosystem
• Strong communicator with technical & finance stakeholders
• Experience with ERP/finance systems
• Bonus:
  Technical degree or Fin Tech/AI background
