Berkley Hunt has partnered with a high-growth SaaS company to hire an Infrastructure Engineer to help build, operate, and scale a globally distributed, highly available cloud platform. This role focuses on platform reliability, automation, and operational excellence, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one.
In This Role, You Will- Own and optimize a core microservices architecture running on Kubernetes
- Build scalable data processing pipelines handling large volumes of AI interaction data
- Scale distributed databases such as Click House to unlock powerful analytics
- Design and automate secure customer-VPC deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape technical architecture and product direction
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (NATS, Kafka)
- Background working with high-throughput data systems like Click House
- Experience operating multi-cloud production systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong hands-on experience with Type Script and Go
- A track record of building developer-facing platforms with intuitive APIs
- Natural curiosity and a strong bias for action, you enjoy solving hard problems and exploring new approaches
