The Opportunity

We’re looking for Senior / Staff
Product Managers to drive the next generation of our core platform—from 0 to 1 and beyond. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth stage, where you’ll define and execute product strategy for a rapidly scaling AI-native system used by large, complex organizations.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Research, and Design to bring new capabilities to life—balancing customer needs, advanced AI systems, and enterprise‑grade reliability. It’s a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a company defining a new category in security and automation.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to release and adoption.
• Define clear success metrics and deliver features that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Build deep empathy for customer pain points through continuous engagement and discovery.
• Maintain a sharp understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to bridge AI capabilities with real‑world enterprise needs.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, and data models to make sound technical trade‑offs.
• Ensure our products deliver trust, accuracy, and transparency—core to our customers’ mission‑critical workflows.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise security.
• Strong technical literacy—able to engage deeply on system design, data workflows, and AI/ML product behavior.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑impact products where reliability and precision are essential.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to shape and execute technical roadmaps.
• Bias toward action: you write crisp specs, make fast decisions, and iterate based on evidence and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous feedback into actionable plans.

• Experience with AI/ML‑based products (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or agentic workflows).
• Background in cybersecurity (App Sec, Cloud Security, SOC, or Red Team).
• Experience with developer ecosystems (CI/CD integrations, security automation, or SDKs).
• Strong technical writing or documentation skills.
