About the Role

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team to support some of the most critical customers.

In this role, you’ll step into a dynamic space where architecture, innovation, and collaboration intersect — and you’ll be right at the centre of it.

As a Solution Architect, you’ll span a wide spectrum of responsibilities: mastering Sitecore products, guiding customers and partners, shaping technical strategy and contributing to the Sitecore community. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing position within our Professional Services team where you’ll transform complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse and design software solutions based on Sitecore’s software products. Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a highly professional and exciting way that will engage customers and help them increase their business impact.
  • Consult with customers and partners on the best ways to implement Sitecore’s software products for rapid return on investment. Maintain a working environment with customers and partners that has a clear technological vision and future-oriented approach.
  • Help customers meet their technology and business requirements. This will involve leading workshops, demonstrating strong presentation credentials, and delivering compelling recommendations and guidance to audiences up to C-Level.
  • Understand, quantify and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases, potentially modelling solutions / POVs.
  • Use customer feedback and insights to improve product materials, technical best practices and technical materials while providing feedback to Product Management teams.
  • Produce first-class documentation specific to the engagement.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or showcase equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive consulting experience that demonstrates strong technical foundations and appreciable business/functional acumen.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both orally and in written communication. Exhibit a proactive attitude with a solution-minded approach and strong analytical and synthetic skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in systems implementation and integration, with a majority in Web Content Management, CDP or DAM space.
