Our client is a fast‑growing AI SaaS startup (≈50 employees) that recently closed a major round of funding and is scaling aggressively. Their flagship product is an AI‑enabled ERP platform designed to automate and unify core business operations — from finance and HR to supply chain and analytics. The company’s culture combines a startup’s pace with a strong engineering foundation and deep customer focus.

This is the first Forward Deployed Engineer hire, responsible for bridging customer needs with product innovation. Roughly 80% of your time will focus on core product development, while 20% will involve partner and client collaboration — guiding successful implementations, shaping integrations, and ensuring a best‑in‑class experience.

The ideal candidate balances hands‑on technical depth with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deploy scalable, reliable solutions for enterprise clients across diverse industries.

• Lead development on new features and integrations within the company’s AI‑driven ERP platform.
• Own technical implementations and deployments from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to translate use cases into robust technical solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding, configuration, and long‑term adoption.
• Contribute to best practices across code quality, testing, and Dev Ops processes in a cloud‑native environment.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Type Script, Node.js, and Next.js
  .
• Experience with system deployments, client implementations, and production support cycles.
• Background in ERP, HRIS, or financial systems integrations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Redis, Postgres
  , and containerized environments (
  Docker, Kubernetes
  ).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in hybrid environments and contributing to a fast‑moving, high‑impact team.
• Base salary: $160,000 – $195,000 (depending on experience)
