Overview
Job Title: SAP QA Automation (Tosca) Lead
Duration: 18 Months+
Location: PST - 100% Remote
Experience Level: 10+ years
Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Tosca certified automation engineer who has experience to lead automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance (GxP, FDA). Background in Pharma / Biotech domain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Partner with project managers, business analysts, and QA leads to define testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Govern and oversee the execution of automated testing across SAP Fiori, GUI, ECC and S/4
HANA. - Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA and pharma/biotech regulatory standards in all testing activities.
- Drive automation enablement in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops).
- Manage reporting, defect governance, and overall quality assurance for delivery projects.
- Mentor and provide direction to Tosca automation engineers, ensuring project alignment and capability building.
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience with a strong background in SAP delivery projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca in SAP test automation leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of regulated pharma/biotech environments and GxP compliance.
- Tricentis Tosca certifications (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2) required.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops) and test management tools (Jira, Xray).
