We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our innovative AEC technology solutions. You'll work closely with our engineering team to build robust CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud‑native architectures, and ensure our systems scale reliably to meet the demanding requirements of construction and engineering workflows. This role bridges the gap between development and operations, enabling rapid prototyping while maintaining production‑grade reliability.

• Design and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using CDK and Cloud Formation for AWS environments, ensuring reproducible and scalable deployments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for containerized microservices written in Python, Typescript, and Go.
• Implement and manage Amazon ECS clusters for orchestrating production workloads and development environments.
• Build, configure, and maintain observability stack using industry best practices.
• Manage data infrastructure including RDS, S3, and streaming services for AEC data pipelines.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.
• Document infrastructure patterns, runbooks, and operational procedures for team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response, driving root cause analysis and prevention.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, Cloud Formation/CDK).
• Strong proficiency with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Cloud Formation/CDK preferred, Terraform acceptable).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI).
• Strong background in Python scripting.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry).
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.

• Knowledge of Git Ops practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Experience with data engineering infrastructure (Apache Kafka, Airflow, dbt).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security scanning tools.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and GPU‑accelerated computing.
• Understanding of AEC industry workflows and data formats (IFC, Revit, AutoCAD).
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Dev Ops Engineer, or similar).
