Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 months

• Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects.
• Must have experience with EDI.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications.
• Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations.
• Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.
• Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.

• Strong Utility Operations domain expertise.
• Experience in test planning and execution.
• Defect management and stakeholder coordination.
• Exposure to test automation, including Tosca (preferred).

• Exposure to EDI.
• Knowledge of Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing.
