Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you’ll be the primary networking expert across our service teams. You’ll design, implement, and support client network environments, from firewall configurations and VLAN design to multi-site deployments and performance optimization.

You’ll serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and partner closely on new deployments and upgrades. This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic ownership, ensuring client environments are secure, scalable, and standardized.

As a SME technical resource, you’ll help set the networking standard across our organization while building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

• Serve as the networking subject matter expert across Service Delivery and Professional Services
• Design, configure, and support client network environments, including new deployments and upgrades
• Own monitoring, performance, and standardization of networks across subscription clients
• Act as the highest‑level escalation point for complex network issues and lead root cause analysis
• Partner on project scoping, execution, and documentation for network‑focused initiatives
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security

• 5+ years of experience in a network engineering or advanced network administration role
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise network platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Uni Fi, Palo Alto)
• Relevant certification (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or similar) preferred
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with experience serving as an escalation point
• Clear communicator who can work cross‑functionally and manage project timelines
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
