Oracle Customer Care and Billing - CCB Test Lead
San Francisco, CA
Base Pay Range$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
Job SummaryLead end‑to‑end testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) projects.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and execute test cycles, including test planning and execution.
- Oversee defect management and resolution processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Utilize strong domain expertise in Utility Operations.
- Possess experience with C2 (Customer to Cash) processes.
- Exposure to test automation tools, preferably Tosca, is desired.
- Must have prior hands‑on experience with CCB application testing.
