What you ll do- Join Adobe as a Web Producer/Executive Producer 3 and collaborate with some of the best digital teams in the industry, in a truly global setting. This opportunity allows you to take ownership of segments on Adobe s world-class website and use Adobe products every day. Be part of an ambitious team driving outstanding digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to successfully implement new features and updates across websites.
- Act as the Agile project manager for your squad. Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions. Coordinate workflows and prioritize the backlog to ensure focus on the most impactful work.
- Partner with International Production Lead to manage publishing capacity and ensure timely delivery of quality results to business partners.
- Be an active member of the Global Web Production team, helping to drive standards for publishing and business collaboration.
- Engage with regional and international partners to ensure global and local needs are met on
- Proactively determine opportunities to optimize across its pages and configurations.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
3-5 years of web production experience, specifically within complex, matrixed organizations. - CMS Mastery:
Expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content management systems (CMS). - Technical Proficiency:
You speak the language of engineering. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript is essential for troubleshooting and rapid prototyping. - Mobile-First Approach: A proven track record of building and optimizing responsive, mobile-first experiences.
- Composure Under Fire:
The ability to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines with grace and precision.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,400 -- $163,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $113,200 - $163,900.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
