We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Infrastructure Foundations to drive execution of business‑critical operational initiatives across our infrastructure ecosystem. This role is highly execution‑focused and will lead KTLO initiatives, AWS to Data Center migrations, platform upgrades, and federal compliance change management. You will coordinate across multiple engineering teams, manage complex dependencies, track progress rigorously, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of operational work that underpins platform reliability, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.

As a Project Manager, you will own execution‑level coordination of our most critical infrastructure initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate and execute KTLO initiatives across Infrastructure Foundations teams
- Plan and manage AWS to Data Center migrations to support cost optimization and infrastructure modernization
- Drive platform upgrades requiring coordination across multiple engineering teams
- Create, manage, and track work and dependencies using Jira and related tools
- Develop detailed execution runbooks, validation frameworks, and rollback procedures
- Manage Federal Significant Change Request (SCR) processes and compliance documentation
- Provide executive‑level status reporting, progress updates, and metrics tracking
- Lead cross‑functional coordination sessions, dependency mapping, and execution checkpoints
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks Technical Foundation
Successful candidates bring strong technical and operational credibility, with hands‑on experience supporting infrastructure and platform environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS required; Google Cloud Platform and/or OCI a plus)
- Understanding of Kubernetes, infrastructure migrations, and hybrid environments
- Strong grasp of KTLO operations, platform upgrade execution, and cost optimization
- Experience supporting federal compliance and structured change management processes
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear execution plans and leadership updates
- 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, operations, or platform environments
- Proven success managing large‑scale infrastructure migrations or platform upgrades independently
- Strong technical fluency and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, and migration strategies
- Experience with AWS cost optimization and infrastructure as code practices
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve operational risks
- Experience managing Federal SCR processes and compliance requirements
- Track record of building effective relationships across distributed, cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency with Jira, ticketing systems, and project management tools
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
