We’re hiring a senior, hands-on Cloudflare Resident Engineer to work onsite, five days a week
, with a strategic enterprise customer in San Francisco. This is a post-sales, delivery-critical role focused on real production ownership—not advisory or pre-sales work.

• Own the customer’s Cloudflare environment end-to-end
• Design and execute complex migrations to Cloudflare
• Build and optimize Cloudflare Workers / Workers AI
• Implement and tune Application Security
  : CDN, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, API Security, TLS
• Debug live traffic, security, and performance issues with real business impact
• Act as the primary technical escalation point and customer-facing Cloudflare authority
• Work closely with customer engineers and internal Product / Support teams

• 10+ years of customer-facing engineering experience (cloud, web infrastructure, security)
• Deep, hands-on Cloudflare experience in production
• Strong Terraform experience managing Cloudflare at scale
• Solid background in application security and modern web architectures
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure, onsite environments
• Clear communicator who can own decisions and outcomes
• Onsite in San Francisco, 5 days/week (no remote or hybrid)
• Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents may apply

• Are seeking remote/hybrid work
• Have only theoretical or certification-level Cloudflare experience
• Have not used Terraform extensively in production
• Prefer ticket-based support over hands-on ownership
