The Alchemy team draws from decades of deep expertise in massively scalable infrastructure, AI, and blockchain from leadership roles at leading companies and universities like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Stanford, and MIT.
We re backed by the world s leading VCs and institutions, including:
Lightspeed, Silver Lake, a16z, Coatue, Pantera, Addition, Stanford University, Coinbase, and Charles Schwab, among others.
About The Role
As a Product Designer you ll sit at the intersection of product design, product thinking, and front-end engineering—someone who can take early, ambiguous ideas and turn them into interactive, evaluable experiences fast, helping teams make better decisions sooner.
This role is front-end and systems-heavy, with a strong balance of hands-on building and product design partnership. You ll help us scale and evolve Alchemy’s UI system—owning core components, patterns, and implementation quality—while also jumping into product work when needed to unblock teams and raise the craft bar.
This is a high-leverage role: you ll reduce handoff friction, increase prototype velocity, and elevate UI quality through hands-on building, close collaboration, and a strong point of view on systems.
