Partner Solution Architect

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with partners to validate and document business and technical solution requirements during onboarding.

• Perform technical solution qualification with early-stage companies to ensure they are ready for initiative onboarding.

• Provide technical feedback on architecture diagrams or offer guidance on requirements for migrating from other hyperscalers.

• Guide partners on technical issues, architecture reviews, and Marketplace onboarding.

• Develop and deploy repeatable solutions/assets to assist and encourage partners to adopt at scale.

• Capacity to engage in 500 level technical conversations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Implement ongoing monitoring to inform business policies and collaborate with partners to address any telemetry issues, in partnership with business and partner managers.

• Establish strong feedback loops with partners, operations, and product/engineering teams to deliver product enhancements that improve partner satisfaction.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of Google Cloud services like Big Query, Alloy

DB, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes, Virtual machines and APIs to manage and handle onboarding issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to verbal and written communication.

• Support experience in managing cases and project trackers for new and existing onboardings.

• Google Cloud Professional-level certification is a plus.

• Coding skills in Python, Java etc is a plus.

• Knowledge of modern SaaS patterns and best practices on GCP.

• Knowledge of Vertex AI and Generative AI tools and services.

• Experience in driving interactions with product and/or engineering teams.

• Experience in business problem-solving, analysis, and scalable process implementation.
