GTM & Partnerships

What you’ll work on

You’ll be hands‑on across growth, partnerships, and operations, including:

• Help plan and execute GTM for our annual headline AI+ Renaissance Conference ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) and partner activations
• Run growth experiments across socials, email, communities, and events

• Build relationships with other AI communities, founders, startups, funds, and operators
• Help grow and manage AI+ owned channels (socials, newsletter, CRM, community tools)

• Support outreach and coordination with partners, speakers, and collaborators
• Assist with co‑marketing, community cross‑pollination, and ecosystem programs

• Copywriting for posts, emails, landing pages, and announcements
• Create or coordinate simple visual assets (Canva/Figma level)

• Help with on‑the‑ground event execution and follow‑ups
• Turn events into long‑term growth and relationship engines

We welcome operators that are proficient in using or picking up AI tools

• Highly motivated and proactive
• Strategic thinker and strong operator
• Comfortable figuring things out and moving fast
• Excited about partnerships, communities, distribution channels and relationship‑driven growth
• Interested in AI, startups, and founder ecosystems
• You want to break into the AI space and build a real network
• You’re based in the San Francisco Bay Area
