You’ll work closely with content engineers, GTM, and leadership to study what works on Linked In, amplify high-performing content, and drive real engagement with the right audiences. This is not a scheduling role. It’s a learning, experimentation, and execution role at the center of a high-performing content engine.
What You’ll Do- Research top-performing posts, formats, hooks, and narratives
- Track engagement patterns and report what’s working and what’s not
- Support content engineers with research, examples, and insights
- Monitor trends across B2B, SaaS, and GTM conversations on Linked In
- Help test new posting formats, cadences, and engagement strategies
- Maintain high-quality brand voice and professionalism in all interactions
- Manage day-to-day Linked In engagement across executive and brand accounts
- Thoughtfully engage with ICPs through comments, replies, and conversations
- Increased meaningful engagement from target ICPs
- Clear insights into which content and formats perform best
- Strong feedback loop between engagement, content, and GTM
- Executives feel supported and well-represented on Linked In
- Curious and analytical about why content performs
- Strong written communication and good judgment online
- Active Linked In user who understands platform norms
- Organized, consistent, and reliable
- Excited to learn from a high-performance team
- Interested in B2B, startups, and GTM
- Experience managing executive or founder Linked In accounts
- Background in content, marketing, or community management
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech startups
- $90K–$150K total compensation
