We are seeking a senior-level AI/ML Product Manager to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into impactful business solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to develop and launch AI/ML products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, and ensure clear communication to the development teams.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
• Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and translating these into actionable product insights.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies and support product adoption.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI and machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver successful products.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
