What You’ll Do:

** Build interactive prototypes
*** Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, live code (HTML/CSS/JS), and / or emerging technologies to explore new product concepts and interaction patterns.
** Translate early ideas into functional experiences
*** Work with Product and Design to turn abstract concepts into tangible prototypes that help teams evaluate usability, feasibility, and user value.
** Craft product stories through prototypes
*** Combine hands-on prototyping with clear narrative framing to communicate the “why” behind new concepts and support product strategy and alignment.
** Collaborate across the product organization
*** Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to ensure prototypes and demos are grounded in user needs, technical reality, and business context.
** Test and iterate quickly
*** Gather feedback from cross-functional partners, refine prototypes through rapid iteration, and help teams understand tradeoffs and potential directions.
** Establish scalable prototyping practices
*** Create frameworks, documentation, and reusable assets that help distributed teams build, adapt, and reuse prototypes.
** Support storytelling for vision work
*** Build prototypes, interaction flows, and supporting artifacts used in vision presentations, internal product reviews, customer narratives, and leadership discussions.
** What You Need to Succeed
*** Strong ability to define and drive projects with minimal guidance, with an “owner-operator” mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven success influencing peers and leaders in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
* Advanced storytelling abilities to frame concepts, align stakeholders, and communicate the value and rationale behind new ideas.
* Creative problem-solver who can generate innovative approaches and explore ideas that push beyond today’s patterns.
* Experience prototyping interactive experiences using Figma, code, or emerging technologies to explore and convey product direction.
* Strong understanding of UI and interaction principles
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines.
* Self-motivated, flexible, resilient, and driven by curiosity.
