• Take an early leadership position at a fast-growing startup redefining a $1 trillion global industry
• Build the growth function, community, and brand identity from scratch with high trust and autonomy
• Work directly with founders in a high-pace environment backed by world-class venture capital investors

• Design and scale acquisition channels including SEO/AEO, paid media, and viral growth experiments
• Build a multi-format content engine producing high-performing video, social, and educational assets
• Lead community engagement and ambassador initiatives to drive word-of-mouth growth and industry authority

• 2–4 years of experience in growth or content marketing, ideally with a founder or creator background
• AI-native mindset with proficiency in using modern AI tools for content, design, and analytics
• Exceptional self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable taking big swings on unconventional ideas
