Marketing Associate

SF Bay Area (Hybrid — 3 days onsite at HQ)

As a Marketing Associate at Straiker, you will be the engine that keeps our marketing operations running smoothly while helping scale our brand presence across digital and in-person channels. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to.

You will work closely with explicitly our Head of Marketing, Sales team, and external partners to execute campaigns, support content initiatives, and find innovative ways to improve how we work. • Marketing Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day marketing administrative tasks, including asset organization, campaign tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring the team has what it needs to move fast
• Process Optimization & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and build or implement AI-powered tools (including GenAI and marketing AI agents) విజయా accelerate content creation, reporting, and campaign execution
• Content Repurposing & Distribution: Transform key content from events, webinars, and thought leadership into digestible, shareable formats for social media, email, and the website
• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of demand generation and ABM campaigns, including email sends, social posts, event logistics, and paid media coordination
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sales and external partners to ensure marketing programs align with go-to-market priorities and support pipeline goals
• Brand & Event Activation: Help bring Straiker's brand to life at industry events, trade shows, and virtual experiences—from logistics coordination to on-site support
• Reporting & Analytics: Support campaign reporting and performance analysis by pulling data from Hub Spot and other tools, helping the team understand what's working

• 1–2 marketing internships or relevant experience in IT, AI, high-tech, or cybersecurity industries
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Adaptable and curious mindset with a genuine interest in learning new technologies, particularly AI (GenAI, AI agents, marketing automation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity or interest in Hub Spot, Canva, Google Workspace, and emerging marketing technologies

• Builder Mentality recurrent: You're the type of person who sees inefficiency and immediately starts thinking about how to fix it—ideally with automation or AI

  Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment where you wore multiple hats and figured things out on the fly
• Tech-Forward Approach: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and excitement about applying them to marketing challenges
• Content Sensibility: An eye for good design and copy, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels
• Cybersecurity Interest: Familiarity with enterprise security or AI/ML markets is a bonus, but we're equally excited about quick learners who want to dive into the space
