You’ll build across the entire product surface, from mobile capture to editing pipelines to the orchestration layer connecting it all. This role pairs directly with the founders and touches UI, backend, infra, and AI systems whenever the work demands it.

• Design the full end‑to‑end experience: creation → interview → publish.
• Build a clean design system and component library from scratch.
• Talk to users constantly and translate insights into product decisions.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering and founders to shape what we ship each week.
• PM role — help define scope, flows, and requirements.

• Move fast with prototypes, mocks, and iteration daily.
• Think commercially — you design what people will pay for, not just what looks cool.
• Are organized, opinionated, and comfortable owning the whole design practice.
• Can communicate clearly and work in‑person with a high‑velocity team.
• Bring experience shipping B2C experiences.

• Hide behind craft when shipping is needed.
• Are a design diva with too much ego attached to designs.
• Don’t want to talk to users, product manage, or think about revenue.

• Direct line to founders and engineering to bring your vision to life.
• Ownership over product, proximity to users.

Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000

Equity:
Meaningful early ownership (stock options / RSUs)

We target a total compensation range of $200,000–$250,000 (base + equity). Our equity packages are designed to offer significant long‑term value and align incentives with company growth. Specific grant details will be discussed during the interview process and calibrated to experience, impact, and role scope.
