Agent Product Manager

We are working with a well-funded AI software company building intelligent agent technology for complex, regulated enterprise workflows. The platform is live, scaling quickly, and already used by large enterprise customers.

This is a customer-facing product role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise delivery. You will work closely with customers to design AI-driven workflows, translate real-world problems into agent requirements, and drive implementations from discovery through adoption.

This role is execution-heavy and hands-on. It suits someone who enjoys being close to customers and turning ambiguity into shipped product.

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to shape agent-based solutions
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical briefs
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver AI agent workflows into production
• Own customer implementations end to end, from design through rollout and adoption
• Feed customer insights back into the broader product roadmap and platform evolution

• 3–5 years experience in product management, solutions, implementations, or hybrid customer-facing product roles
• Experience working on B2B or enterprise SaaS products
• Strong ability to translate business problems into technical requirements
• Comfortable running discovery conversations and workshops with customers
• Technical fluency across APIs, systems, or workflow-driven platforms
• Bias toward execution in fast-moving environments

• Exposure to AI, automation, or agent-based systems
• Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Background in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
