Head of Product - AI Infrastructure

Join a seed-stage AI infrastructure company building large-scale training and inference platforms previously accessible only to hyperscalers. The business began with a single managed GPU cluster that reached capacity almost immediately and has since expanded into a global platform spanning infrastructure, networking, orchestration, and marketplace operations.

The company’s mission is to make high-performance computing easy to buy, sell, and operate at a time when demand for GPUs is accelerating rapidly, while supply remains fragmented, opaque, and operationally complex.

They are now seeking a Head of Product to own and shape the product vision at the core of the platform, working closely with Engineering, Go-To-Market teams, and leadership to build a durable and differentiated product in a fast-moving market.

• Own the end-to-end product vision across customer-facing platforms, marketplace and pricing surfaces, supply-side workflows, and internal operational tools

• Translate company strategy into a clear and coherent product strategy

• Define what the company will and will not build

• Make hard prioritisation decisions under real technical and commercial constraints

• Ensure the product roadmap builds toward a durable competitive advantage

• Act as the internal voice of the customer across AI labs, enterprises, and infrastructure providers

• Lead customer discovery to understand buying processes, workflows, and incentives

• Identify patterns across sales cycles, support issues, and product usage data

• Convert qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, including problem definitions and success metrics

• Partner closely with Engineering on scoping, sequencing, and delivery

• Ship iteratively while maintaining a strong long-term product vision

• Work in lockstep with the VP of Engineering to provide clear direction and trade-off framing

• Balance speed, quality, and scalability while reducing ambiguity for engineering teams

• Shape how the product is positioned, packaged, and sold

• Ensure product capabilities align with real customer and deal requirements

• Help define pricing models and marketplace mechanics

• Enable Sales and Partnerships with clear narratives, demos, and feedback loops

• Engage regularly with senior stakeholders and operate credibly at an executive level

• Background in AI infrastructure, AI labs, or neocloud environments

• Experience leading product for developer tools, marketplaces, or AI and cloud infrastructure platforms

• Strong engineering background with deep technical credibility

• Highly comfortable working hands-on with engineers and technical customers

• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in ambiguous and constrained settings

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Circa $400,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience
