Learn more at .As an organization, we deliver for our customers by living our values. We operate from a place of humility, take ownership of problems and successes, approach challenges with a growth mindset, and put our customers at the center of everything we do.

  • Analytics – providing a unified source of truth where experiment results and product analytics live together
  • Platform – leveraging our deep analytics install base to become the complete experimentation solution (both feature flags and A/B tests)
  • AI – using AI to accelerate experiment design, flag management, and rollout decisions

This is a high‑impact role with significant autonomy. You’ll work directly with the Director of Product Management, Experimentation, in a space where we have real competitive advantages. Feature Experiment supports our company’s three pillars:

  • Own the product

  • Connect deeply with engineering customers to understand their feature flagging workflows, pain points, and needs

  • Set the roadmap for feature flags, progressive delivery, and engineering‑focused use cases

  • Define and track key product metrics (adoption, activation, retention) and use data to drive decision‑making

  • Drive product‑led growth (PLG)

  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey from website to product activation

  • Design self‑serve onboarding experiences that drive adoption among engineering personas

  • Identify and remove friction points that prevent activation

  • Act as a cross‑functional leader

  • Partner with Sales to win competitive deals against Launch Darkly, Split, and Statsig

  • Work with Customer Success to identify and rescue at‑risk accounts

  • Collaborate with Marketing on positioning and developer‑focused campaigns

  • Work with engineering to ship high‑quality features while reducing product papercuts

  • Be the internal expert on feature flags and progressive delivery best practices

  • Champion the product internally and drive alignment on priorities

Signs this is a good fit for you:
  • You have hands‑on experience with feature flags – you’ve used tools like Launch Darkly, Split, Statsig, or Optimizely and have strong opinions about what makes them great (or not)

  • You have 3‑5 years of product management experience shipping features that drive measurable business outcomes

  • You’ve built products for engineers before – you understand developer workflows, technical requirements, and what makes tools delightful for technical users

  • You have experience with product‑led growth – you’ve optimized onboarding, improved activation metrics, or built self‑serve products

  • You’re technical enough to have detailed conversations with engineers about system design, APIs, SDKs, and technical tradeoffs – you don’t need to write code, but you can earn respect by being in the details

  • You’re data‑driven – comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and using data to validate hypotheses

  • You understand the data persona – you’re familiar with data teams, data warehouses, and concepts like warehouse‑native experimentation (WHN). You can have credible conversations with data engineers and analytics engineers about how experimentation fits into their data stack and make sound decisions in this space

  • You want the leverage of a larger company ($300M+ ARR, 200+ sales team, deep analytics install base) but want to move at startup speed

  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift

Signs this is not a good fit for you:
  • Your favorite part of product management is process/project management

  • You’re not comfortable with technical concepts like SDKs, APIs, webhooks, and developer workflows

  • You want to let sales and marketing do their thing and just create a good product without having to think about go‑to‑market…
