Tableau Developer- INTL India

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to lead visualization efforts for the AI/ML Enterprise Security team. You will use Salesforce Data Cloud to transform complex security, identity, and AI/ML data into clear, actionable dashboards.

This role focuses on visual storytelling for security decision-making delivering persona-based dashboards (Executives, Security Leaders, IAM teams) that clearly map risk signals to recommended actions ("Risk-to-Action"). You will build new Tableau assets, modernize existing reports, and ensure analytics directly support measurable security outcomes.

Responsibilities Design interactive dashboards for diverse personas (Executives, IAM Admins, Managers) using Salesforce Data Cloud as the primary source.

Establish an Ent Sec KPI Dashboard to track user access trends and define a "Risk-to-Action" framework for measuring real-time security posture.

Build a dynamic relationship model visualizing the mapping of identities to entitlements, assets, and infrastructure.

Visualize risks based on access to endpoints, IAM services, applications, and Agent usage metrics.

Create clear visualizations that capture the technical performance and output of the AI/ML team for customers.

Update existing workbooks and ensure all designs are elegant, intuitive, and reduce cognitive load for the end-user.

Required Skills/Experience Experience building production Tableau dashboards (Executive + operational personas) with strong UX and reduced cognitive load.

Expert Tableau data modeling, relationships/joins, LODs, parameters, actions, performance optimization.

Strong SQL skills (query tuning, window functions, dimensional modeling concepts).Proven experience designing and implementing row-level security (RLS) and secure sharing patterns in Tableau Cloud/Server.

Experience integrating multiple disparate datasets into a coherent semantic layer (identities, entitlements, assets, applications).Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous goals into metric definitions and KPI trees

Ability to teach, document, and transition ownership of Tableau assets to internal teams.

Strong stakeholder management, run working sessions, propose dashboard IA, iterate quickly, and document decisions.

Preferred Skills/Experience Tableau Certified Professional Tableau Cloud experience (projects, permissions, certified sources, refresh schedules, subscriptions/alerts).Experience consuming Salesforce Data Cloud data in Tableau via native connectors or APIs for dashboard development and analytics

Cybersecurity analytics experience (IAM, endpoint, SaaS access, identity governance concepts).Familiarity with dashboard standards / governance programs (Tableau Blueprint style operating model is a plus).
