Position OverviewWe are seeking an entrepreneurial AI Product Manager who thinks and operates like a CEO/General Manager of their product line. This person is obsessed with users, passionate about AI, and excited to build differentiated AI capabilities that unlock new lines of business, new use cases, and new value for customers.
* This role will work closely with our CTO & CPO on‑site in our SF office 4‑5 days a week.*
In this role, you will own our AI Agent Catalog, AI Studio, and our growing portfolio of AI Agents. You will drive strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption across all AI product surfaces, working closely with engineering, design, go‑to‑market teams, and customers. You will identify transformational opportunities and bring them to life with exceptional user experience design, strong product intuition, and a deep understanding of GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and own the long‑term strategy for our AI Canvas (Interactive Interface for Agents), AI Agent ecosystem, AI Studio, and all related experiences. - Identify new AI‑driven opportunities, business models, and product lines that expand our value proposition.
- Translate emerging AI trends and technologies into actionable product direction.
- Lead roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and cross‑functional execution.
- Partner with engineering to scope, architect, and deliver high‑quality GenAI features and agent experiences.
- Work with design to ensure every AI interaction feels intuitive, valuable, and user centric.
- Champion user needs; maintain a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct market research, run experiments, validate hypotheses, and ensure product‑market fit for new AI initiatives.
- Advocate for simplicity, clarity, and usability across all AI‑enabled surfaces.
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI/ML advancements, GenAI models, agent frameworks, and prompting techniques.
- Balance innovation with responsible AI: ensuring governance, security, ethics, safety, and compliance are built into product design.
- Drive measurable value creation for customers while maintaining rigorous risk controls.
- Treat your AI products like a business: define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize for growth and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go‑to‑market strategy and customer enablement.
- Serve as a key evangelist for AI internally and externally.
- Travel: 10%–20%
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or GenAI products.
- Deep understanding of GenAI technologies, agent frameworks, LLMs, and their enterprise applications.
- Strong UX instincts with a proven track record of shipping intuitive, impactful user experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and end‑to‑end ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and translate user needs into successful products.
- Passion for AI innovation balanced with a strong grounding in responsible AI practices.
