This role sits at the center of that effort and works directly with the leadership team shaping our AI platform.

We are hiring a Product Lead, AI Platform to own the end-to-end execution of our AI platform alongside the founders and CEO.

This role is for a senior, hands-on product leader who can take ownership of complex systems and make them real. You will be responsible for how the product comes together across AI, workflows, UX, integrations, and engineering. You will act as the day-to-day product owner
, ensuring clarity, momentum, and quality as the platform is built and scaled.

• Own end-to-end product execution for the AI platform
• Translate product vision into clear flows, features, and priorities
• Design and refine user journeys, workflows, and system behavior
• Partner closely with AI, engineering, and design teams on execution
• Make day-to-day product decisions to keep development moving
• Identify gaps, risks, and complexity early and resolve them
• Ensure AI capabilities, workflows, and UX work together as a cohesive system
• Drive shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement

• Overall product structure and flow of the AI platform
• Feature definition, sequencing, and delivery quality
• Alignment between AI systems, product logic, and user experience
• Product clarity across teams working in parallel
• End-to-end readiness of features before launch

• 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership
• Experience building and shipping complex SaaS or platform products
• Prior work on AI-powered products, workflow tools, or developer platforms
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to work deeply with engineers and AI teams
• Proven track record of owning products from concept to launch
• Strong judgment and decisiveness in fast-moving environments

• Experience with AI-first or workflow-driven platforms
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and platform extensibility
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Background working closely with founders or executive leadership
