- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment.
- 5 years of experience managing people or teams.
- 7 years of experience managing programs.
In this role, you will lead a team of UX engineers working on a spectrum of extended reality (XR) devices, from glasses to virtual reality (VR) headsets. You will foster a culture of technical excellence and creative problem-solving, guiding the team to transform conceptual ideas into functional, high-fidelity prototypes that define the future of XR interaction. Your role demands a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to inspire rapid experimentation and iterative design within the engineering process.

- Manage a team of UX engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development issues.
- Explore product concepts to find promising directions that address both human and business needs.
- Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
- Deliver engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
