Sr. Digital & IT Advisor; AI, Cloud, Data - Relocate to Saudi Arabia, Expat Relocati

We are seeking a Sr. Digital & IT Advisor (AI, Cloud, Data) to join the Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) organization. The D&IT Regional hub is responsible for extending digital and IT support to Saudi Aramco’s out of Kingdom affiliates. Your primary role is to identify opportunities to create synergies across affiliate D&IT initiatives and enhance overall D&IT capabilities.

• Act as a trusted D&IT advisor to Saudi Aramco affiliates and support the development and enhancement of D&IT capabilities.
• Lead capability assessment to evaluate gaps in current D&IT capabilities across affiliates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Saudi Aramco’s enterprise in D&IT and extend them as scalable business solutions for affiliates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including corporate D&IT team and affiliate leadership, to align D&IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Support and design the implementation of shared services and regional digital solutions, where applicable.
• Collaborate with external partners and technology providers to enable innovation and best practice adoption.
• Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to high-performing teams while driving measurable impact on the company’s digital transformation agenda.
• Play a key role in shaping Saudi Aramco’s digital future supporting growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across affiliates.

• Bachelor and Master’s degree in Digital & Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration from a recognized institution;
  PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Digital/IT domain and strategic advisory role.
• Experience in shared services implementation; prior consulting firm experience preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following domains:
  Data & AI, Telecom, Computing, ERP.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
• Strong focus on innovation and continuous learning, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives and collaborate with external partners.
