This full-time role is based in Seoul, South Korea and is in-office. You’ll support our sales team across domestic and international accounts by helping manage inbound inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring deals move smoothly from lead to order to delivery. You will also coordinate and assist across different business units within the company, helping connect the right people, information, and processes to move opportunities forward.
Keyresponsibilities
- Support the sales team across Korea and global accounts with day-to-day deal and customer coordination. Respond to inbound inquiries, help qualify leads, and route opportunities to the right team members.
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotes, proposals, pricing requests, and order paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records in Hub Spot (CRM) and support quoting and order workflows in Net Suite (ERP).
- Coordinate with internal teams across multiple business units, including product, operations, logistics, and marketing, to align timelines, inventory, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reporting to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Assist with customer meetings, demos, events, and partner communications as needed.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer success, account coordination, operations, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English (written and verbal).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
- Bonus if you have experience with Hub Spot and/or Net Suite.
- Bonus if you have interest or experience in robotics, drones, hardware/software, or technology products.
