Artificial Analysis sits at the center of a fast-moving ecosystem: frontier model builders, hardware and infrastructure providers, and enterprises trying to make high-stakes AI decisions, with over 300,000 unique monthly visitors to our website.
We’re hiring a Technical Marketing Manager to be the execution engine behind our outward-facing presence, with a focus on our live programs (webinars, talks, events), user engagement (outbound email), and keeping tight operational control of our external visibility.
This role is about ownership and shipping consistently: building and executing on the calendar, owning the details, and making it easy for founders and technical leaders to show up and deliver high-quality content. You’ll become a core part of the team and play a critical role in our continued growth and success, with the potential for this role to evolve into a future marketing leader.
Primary ownership (70%) will be live programs and outbound channel management. Secondary ownership (30%) will be comms support (monitoring, influencing and coordinating our external media presence and activity) and shape early-stage community participation.
What You'll Do- Support development of our marketing & engagement strategy to our 300K+ audience
- Engage our audience with events and conference:
Build and manage an events calendar (target 1+ per month), identify relevant conferences, coordinate and support talk submissions, sponsor ships, and logistics (travel, booths, vendors, timelines, assets) - Own our webinars end-to-end:
Drive topic planning with the team, speaker prep, run-of-show, platform setup, registration pages, reminder sequences, live-day operations, recording distribution, and post-webinar follow-up - Coordinate content production (without being the bottleneck):
Pull inputs from the team, draft/polish copy, ensure claims are accurate, and get approvals efficiently - Own lead capture and follow-up hygiene: Ensure registrations and inbound leads are captured cleanly, tagged/segmented correctly, and handed off into the right funnel/CRM with basic attribution (UTMs)
- Report what’s working: Track performance (registrations, attendance, leads, meetings booked, email metrics) and make practical recommendations on what to double down on.
- Execute email marketing in Mailer Lite: Build and send webinar promos, event comms, newsletters, and product updates; maintain templates; manage lists/segments; keep deliverability clean; run lightweight A/B tests where useful
- Monitor & support our external presence: Actively monitor and be the source of truth for the external media presence of Artificial Analysis and competitors across traditional, new and social media (X/Twitter, Linked In, News Providers, Others). Provide weekly updates and real time alerts and updates to the team, and support on external media requests from time to time
- Work AI-native: Use modern tools to move faster—while maintaining a high bar for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
Required:
- 3+ years experience in Tech B2B marketing with clear ownership of events and/or webinars (not just supporting). Candidates with experience in AI or Developer Tool companies are highly preferred
- Passion for AI and staying up to date on key developments
- Comfortable coordinating technical stakeholders and keeping them moving (founders, engineers, researchers)
- Strong operational chops: you can run multiple work streams, keep timelines tight, and execute without constant oversight
- Hands-on email marketing experience (Mailer Lite ideal; Hub Spot/Marketo/Braze/etc also fine) including segmentation, templates, and performance reporting
- Strong writing and editing skills: you can turn messy inputs into clean, on-brand copy fast.
- High attention to detail, calm under pressure, and reliable follow-through
- Fluency in Mandarin and familiarity with Chinese social media platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS / developer tools / AI or other technical domains
- Basic analytics and attribution: UTMs, conversion tracking, CRM hygiene, simple funnel reporting
- Design capability (Canva/Figma) or experience managing contractors for design/video
- Experience with PR/comms support around events (briefing notes, speaker one-pagers, talking points)
- not responsible for:
- Any pitching, PR strategy or crisis comms
- Owning overall social strategy or day-to-day posting cadence (X/Twitter, Linked In)
- Building/running a standalone community platform (Discord/Slack) at this stage
- Work with frontier AI technologies and collaborate with companies building the future of AI
- Make a significant impact in a fast-growing startup
- Competitive compensation package (including potential for equity)
- We offer flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options. Our team is currently split between San Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne.
