Tech Lead; Crypto​/AI

We’re looking for a Tech Lead for one of our Crypto VC clients. This role is for a technical, product-oriented leader who thrives in early-stage zero-to-one environments and can operate across smart contracts, consumer products, and large-scale distributed systems.

• Own the technical roadmap for the decentralized accelerator platform, covering smart contracts, consumer products, infrastructure, growth systems, and marketplace rails.
• Drive engineering excellence in performance, reliability, security, scalability, and rapid iteration with tight user feedback loops.
• Collaborate closely with product, CEO, and cross-functional teams (including legal and ecosystem) on design, development, and roadmap execution.
• Lead design reviews and development of economic/token-related smart contracts, ensuring secure, audited, gas-efficient architectures integrated with user flows and marketplace logic.
• Ship fast, intuitive consumer experiences across core features:
  Futures (build-in-public), Bounties (user validation), Markets (token launch), App Store, Integration Hub, and dashboards.
• Build, scale, and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and establishing processes, standards, and recruiting systems.
• Partner with the Founder on long-term strategy, platform evolution, major architectural decisions, and defining AI/ crypto infrastructure.

• Experienced startup engineering and product leader with a history of building and scaling products from ground up.
• 5+ years of work experience in scalable tech companies and crypto-startups.
• Strong technical breadth across full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and consumer-facing products for large user bases with familiarity in Golang development.
• Solid understanding of smart contracts, on-chain execution, crypto ecosystems, and security best practices.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, high-velocity environments; hands-on yet able to build and empower high-caliber teams.
• Excellent communicator, translating between product, engineering, and design.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
