Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Now QA Manager to lead quality assurance strategy, testing execution, and continuous improvement for Service Now platform implementations. The ideal candidate will manage QA teams, define test frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery across Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Service Now platform testing
In-depth knowledge of Service Now modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
Experience with
Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF)Expertise in test management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, Test Rail, ALM)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops QA practices
Experience testing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems)
Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
