Job Title: FICO Functional Consultant
Location: Bay Area, California

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled FICO Functional Consultant to support our client engagement in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP FICO modules and be capable of executing test cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a functional expert for SAP FICO across Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Perform test execution
, including test script preparation, defect logging, and validation during SIT and UAT cycles. - Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and support solution design.
- Provide onsite support for configurations, functional validations, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders in the Bay Area to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities as needed.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI–GL, AP, AR, AA & CO–CCA, PCA, COPA).
- Ability to perform test execution and validation in multiple test cycles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced onsite environment.
