Product Manager, Privacy

SDF is looking for a Product Manager to lead Stellar’s privacy initiatives. Privacy is the next big opportunity for blockchain adoption, and Stellar, with its existing base of institutional partners, is leading the charge.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to guide the evolution of Privacy initiatives in the Stellar ecosystem by forming strategy, managing SDF initiatives, directing ecosystem partners, and collaborating with industry leaders.

• Develop and own Stellar’s privacy strategy, roadmap and prioritization
• Lead development of SDF’s own privacy prototypes and building blocks
• Collaborate with SDF’s business development department on identifying and executing on key partnerships in the privacy space

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Software Engineer
• Prior experience working on or with blockchain technologies.
• Passion for building cutting edge privacy technology

• Experience with relevant cryptography tech such as Zero Knowledge (ZK) and Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE)
• Experience in writing and deploying smart contracts
  
  Experience in Rust and/or Solidity
• Background in financial technologies (fintech)

We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $155,000 - $250,000 depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen‑denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
