Director of Sales

Position Overview

Lead go-to-market strategy, drive quota attainment, and build executive-level relationships with AI-first startups, CSPs, OEMs, and hyperscalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for RTM2 (AI startups & direct AI buyers) with rapid deal cycles and expansion opportunities.

• Extend sales motions to RTM1 (OEMs & hyperscalers) and CSP-driven partnerships.

• Drive quota attainment, forecasting, and execution to exceed aggressive revenue targets.

• Own pipeline development, sales process optimization, and scalable revenue strategies.

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing AI & compute sales team.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, focused on AI, Compute, Cloud, or HPC markets.

• Track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with startups, hyperscalers, OEMs, or CSPs.

• Experience managing both direct and partner-driven sales motions.

What We Offer

• Competitive Compensation: $200,000 base salary, with OTE of $350,000 – $450,000.
