We help vertical SaaS companies turn Linked In into their #1 GTM channel. Virio pairs world-class content engineers with agentic AI research to create brand-safe, ICP-targeted executive content that drives real pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Today, we run a done-for-you content engine for B2B executives. Tomorrow, we’re building a fully autonomous AI marketer embedded inside enterprise teams.
What You’ll Do- Own a portfolio of
10–20 high-value SaaS customers
, with ACVs ranging from$60k to $500k+ - Build trusted, executive-level relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to drive clear, visible customer value
- Support renewals and expansions
in close partnership with leadership (this role influences revenue, even if you’re not quota-carrying) - Act as the connective tissue between customers, product, and GTM — surfacing insights that shape roadmap and positioning
- Manage complex, fast-moving accounts without heavy process or hand-holding
- Help refine and scale Virio’s
Customer Success playbook
as we grow rapidly
- Execution-first
— you don’t wait for perfect process; you move - Comfortable in
real startup chaos
(not corporate “fake chaos”) - Strong communicator who can hold their own with senior executives
- Strategically fluent in
B2B marketing and GTM
(funnels, CAC/LTV, ABM, sales cycles) - Tech- and startup-literate
— you understand how Series A–C companies operate - Experienced managing
mid-market to enterprise ACV accounts - Highly organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle 10+ accounts without dropping balls
- Craft-focused — we care more about how well you operate than how long you’ve been operating
- Experience with
Linked In and/or video-based content strategies - Background in agencies, studios, or client-facing marketing roles
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM or content tools
- Experience supporting expansions from single-seat to multi-seat or enterprise deals
- Experience supporting renewals with CMO / VP-level buyers
- Experience in fast-scaling startups where playbooks are still being built
- Comfort working closely with founders and exec teams
