About

the Opportunity

As Charta Health’s first Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with our Talent Lead to scale the engineering, data, and AI teams that power our product. You’ll own full-cycle searches for critical technical roles, refine our recruiting toolkit, and help shape a best-in-class candidate experience, all within a fast-growing AI health-tech startup. This role blends hands-on sourcing, thoughtful stakeholder partnership, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

What

You’ll Do
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software engineers, ML/AI specialists, data scientists, and related roles—from kickoff to signed offer
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS and sourcing stack, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead to define requirements, craft engaging job descriptions, and calibrate interview processes
  • Proactively source passive candidates through diverse channels (Linked In, Git Hub, communities, referrals) and keep talent pipelines warm
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Charta’s culture and values at every touchpoint
  • Share market intel on compensation, talent availability, and competitor moves to inform hiring strategy
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, offer acceptance) and flag bottlenecks early
You'd be a great fit if you have
  • 3-4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency) closing software, ML/AI, or data talent
  • Proven sourcing chops and a knack for engaging passive engineers
  • Comfort juggling multiple reqs in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipelines and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Genuine curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for technology that improves patient outcomes
Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting specifically within Health Tech industry
  • Experience supporting rapid head-count growth
  • Experience building and implementing employer branding initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to improve recruiting outcomes
