Loop Me's recent acquisition of Chartboost, a leading mobile app monetisation platform, expands our reach in the gaming and mobile app markets. This strengthens our ability to drive measurable outcomes for brands and deliver more effective advertising.

As part of our global expansion and continued integration efforts, we’re looking for a dedicated IT Support & Systems Administrator to serve as our first on‑the‑ground IT resource in the US timezone. You will play a crucial part in supporting our US‑based employees, managing access controls, and contributing to the broader IT strategy and execution across the company.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support needs in the US timezone, helping reduce delays caused by time differences
• Provide front‑line technical support for users: password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting, account issues, and system access
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup, account provisioning, and deactivation)
• Administer and maintain access control across a variety of tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Git Hub, etc.)
• Support office network infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, routers, VPN, and conference room AV equipment
• Provide local support for the US business unit: system access, tool maintenance, and migration to Loop Me infrastructure
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and enforce hardware lifecycle processes
• Coordinate with the global IT team on broader initiatives and security compliance efforts
• Support documentation and automation of repeatable IT tasks

• Previous IT support and systems administration experience in a SaaS or tech company
• Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS and Windows environments
• Solid experience with access and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, MDM like Jamf/Kandji)
• Basic to intermediate network administration knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
• Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal oversight due to timezone separation
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Engineering, People Ops, and Security teams
• Familiarity with AdTech infrastructure is a strong plus, but not required

$100k - $120k

In accordance with California State Law, the range provided is Loop Me’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock‑based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Loop Me also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales‑based incentives and commissions.
