Data Analyst to join our core team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the analytical foundation of our product and influence our culture from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze user behavior to identify patterns that influence engagement, retention, and conversion.

• Build dashboards and recurring reports that provide clear, actionable insights to product and growth teams.

• Support A/B tests and growth experiments, including metric design and results interpretation.

• Work closely with engineers and product managers to define data requirements and improve measurement frameworks.

• Help establish best practices and contribute to building a data‑driven culture within Prachub.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business analytics.

• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large data sets.

• Experience with Python, R, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase).

• Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or basic causal inference is a plus.
