We are searching for a Solutions Engineer to join our fast‑growing cyber security startup. You’ll partner directly with our sales team to understand customer needs, articulate the technical value of Push Security, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful technical evaluations.

Push Security is redefining Identity Security by empowering organizations to secure their workforce and stop modern identity and phishing attacks through visibility, control, and collaboration. As organizations rapidly adopt cloud and SaaS tools, traditional security solutions struggle to keep up. Push enables security teams to address modern threats with user‑focused, automation‑driven tools that integrate seamlessly into existing environments.

Candidates must be based in California for this role.

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers and help our team meet their quarterly sales targets.
• Provide presentations to our customers and prospective customers such as whiteboards, product demos, slides, and proof of value outcomes.
• Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, with an emphasis on pre‑sales, but also help out with onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.
• Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be Push champions.
• Help our customers and prospective customers build plans for showing the value of the Push platform in their environment (proof of value).
• Serve as the customer advocate to other Push teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Invest time in learning new product features, industry developments, and broadening your overall technical skillset.
• Represent Push in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events – willingness to travel is required.

• 6+ years of experience in a pre‑sales technical role delivering solutions to C‑level execs and security experts at enterprise customers.
• Ability to deliver world class demonstrations and training experience to our customers and partners.
• Actively managed technical proof of concepts and/or deployments in the past year during pre‑sales engagements and completed more than 20+ POC/Deployments.
• Experience using device management tools such as Intune and Jamf.
• Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity threats and attack vectors, with a specific focus on identity‑based attacks such as phishing, credential theft, and account takeover.
• Familiarity with security technologies and tools, including SIEM, XDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
• Experience bringing feedback from the field to the product management and engineering teams to help shape the future direction of products and services.

• Previous experience working with and deploying EDR agents (bonus).
• Previous experience writing scripts using Python and Power Shell to interact with APIs (bonus).
