• Own the end‑to‑end SOTA experience of our desktop application by designing and iterating AI‑powered workflows that drive engagement, retention, and NPS.

• Work deeply within online meeting workflows to identify user pain points and deliver impactful, innovative solutions.

• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain leadership in UX quality and interaction depth through data‑driven improvement.

• Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, and Marketing to deliver high‑quality products efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in consumer internet products.

• Proven experience in note‑taking, document, or productivity tools, owning core modules and delivering complex workflows with engineering teams.

• Strong empathy for professional users and efficiency‑driven workflows, able to drive innovation through user insights, data, and competitive analysis.

• Strong product design and UX mindset, skilled at applying AI tools throughout the product design process to accelerate discovery, decision‑making, and iteration quality.
