As our Demand Generation Manager, you ll build our demand gen function from the ground up. You ll own the full funnel - from integrated campaigns targeting Fortune 2000 AI/ML leaders, to ABM programs accelerating enterprise deals. This is your chance to redefine what modern demand gen and ABM look like - think big, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and build the playbook that others will copy.
What You ll DoDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels targeting AI/ML leaders and CTOs at Global 2000 enterprises
Create and run highly targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts, orchestrating multi-threaded engagement across technical and business buyers
Launch integrated campaigns supporting product launches and partnerships across webinars, content, events, and digital channels
Own pipeline metrics and build reporting frameworks that prove ROI
Architect and optimize next-gen GTM stack
5+ years running B2B demand gen campaigns including webinars, paid advertising, content programs, and digital campaigns
2+ years executing ABM programs in enterprise/strategic account environments
Obsessive about the numbers - own pipeline metrics end-to-end, ruthlessly optimize spend and CAC, and can defend every dollar in your budget with data
Hands-on experience with next-gen GTM tools
Understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Startup velocity - you ship fast, iterate quickly, and don t wait for perfect data
Bonus:
Technical fluency with ability to market to developers, architects, and platform engineers and knowledge of the AI ecosystem knowledge
