Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Consultant – Manhattan WMOS with strong experience in production support, solution design, and functional testing. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to support, enhance, and optimize WMOS solutions, including integrations and warehouse automation systems.
Work closely with customers and product owners to design and deliver custom extensions to existing WMOS functionality
Perform Proof of Concept (POC) activities to validate scope, feasibility, and solution approaches for business requirements
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex WMOS and integration-related issues and deliver optimal solutions
Design and create unit and integration test scenarios, including detailed test scripts
Manage test execution, defect tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain formal sign-off from business stakeholders
Support ongoing WMOS operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills (Mandatory)Manhattan WMOS (functional and technical exposure)
Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, packages)
Functional Testing and test scenario creation
MIF and system integrations

Qualifications & ExperienceStrong experience supporting and testing Manhattan WMOS environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Oracle DB, SAP, Middleware, Integration platforms)
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end (E2E) warehouse flows
Experience with data migration and WMS upgrade projects from legacy systems
Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Salesforce, Confluence, HP-ALM, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment
Technical SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Management (WMOS)
Strong understanding of integration design and development
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting complex system issues
