Safe Browsing (5B+ users) and reCAPTCHA (5M+ sites). Now, we are striking out on our own to solve the next existential threat:
Adversarial AI.

The $5B+ security market is at a breaking point. Old-school, rules-based systems are defenseless against AI-powered attacks that evolve in real-time. At Aegis AI, we aren't just "using AI"—we are building a distributed network of high-precision AI Agents designed to outpace and outthink attackers.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build the foundational systems that allow AI to fight AI. You aren’t just building features; you are building the "nervous system" of our detection engine.

• Build the Human AI Interface Create engaging interfaces for users to run analytics, drive deep with investigations and understand the threats facing their business.
• Scale the Data Engine: Architect the infrastructure to ingest massive data streams from partners, scan the internet for emerging threats, and monitor billions of events in real-time.
• Orchestrate AI Agents: Design the systems that manage a constellation of distributed agents—balancing performance, cost, and high-precision detection.
• Bridge the Stack: Build everything from the high-performance backend pipelines that fine-tune models with fresh threat data to the intuitive, high-signal dashboards our customers rely on.
• Operationalize Intelligence: Manage GPU workloads across dynamic clusters and implement real-time feedback loops that allow our models to learn "in the wild" from live adversarial payloads.

We value adaptability and speed of learning over specific credentials. You should be outgrowing your current role and ready to build at the edge of what’s possible.

• Experience: 2–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full-Stack Capability: Comfort moving between complex backend infrastructure (Python and Go) and sleek, functional frontends (React/Type Script).
• AI/ML Infrastructure: Experience with MLOps, scaling AI workloads, or managing data pipelines at internet scale.
• Mindset: You thrive in relentless environments. You care about "complete thinking" and shipping high-quality code fast.

Bonus Points for:

• Background in Security, Trust & Safety, or Fraud detection.
• Experience working in adversarial environments or "Red Teaming."
• Experience orchestrating distributed systems or Kubernetes-based GPU clusters.
