Workday Financials Senior Consultant

Protiviti is looking for a Business Performance Improvement (Workday) Senior Consultant to join our growing Financial Performance Management team.  strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of You enjoy Workday Finance implementations. Demonstrated experience with:
Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions. Designing and implementing Workday. Key responsibilities as part of these initiatives include leading and performing: requirements definition,facilitating design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, andpost go-live support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting and data management requirements.

Design and architect

Workday Financials configurations, including the FDM, workflows/BPs, account structures, and integrations with other systems.

Implement best practices for Workday Financials and FDM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with accounting standards. Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors.
