Product Data Analyst II

Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven analyst to evaluate product performance and customer behavior through rigorous analytics and experimentation. This role will focus on measuring feature adoption, running A/B and multivariate tests, building reporting on program health, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong technical, statistical, and communication skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive product and customer outcomes.

• Evaluate the performance of product features and key customer metrics
• Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, metrics, and reports that track program health
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate customer behavior, usage patterns, and anomalies
• Perform exploratory data analysis, deep dives, and segmentation to uncover trends in the customer base
• Apply data mining, modeling, and statistical techniques to generate insights and recommendations
• Contribute to strategic and tactical planning discussions with data-backed perspectives

• Large-scale data analysis with coding – Strong experience working with large datasets using SQL or similar languages
• Data visualization – Experience with tools such as Tableau, Quick Sight, or similar platforms
• Statistical and experimentation knowledge – Understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical concepts

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude (scripting experience is a plus)

• Experience with experimentation frameworks
• Scripting experience for data analysis or automation

• 3–5 years of relevant analytics or business-focused data experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (math, data science, AI, or related field preferred)
• Graduate degree is a major bonus
