Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support for C-Suite Executives and Assistants across desktop, remote, video conferencing, and events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and connectivity issues; implement corrective solutions.
- Handle confidential assignments independently; act as escalation point for unresolved or specialized issues.
- Participate in global projects
, ensuring collaboration, accuracy, and timely stakeholder updates. - Deliver exceptional customer service under pressure; maintain calm and professional demeanor.
- Offer proactive, discreet technical support with minimal disruption.
- Respond quickly,
identify root causes
, and advise on preventive measures. - Ensure SLAs are met/exceeded
; maintain knowledge base and process documentation. - Take on projects independently
; provide input on technology roadmaps for executive needs. - May supervise limited staff and determine methods for new assignments.
- 10–15 years of C-Suite technical support experience across PC, Mac, iOS, mobile devices, and enterprise tools.
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in computer technology or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, networking fundamentals
, and endpoint security. - Strong experience with video conferencing and collaboration platforms (Cisco, Poly, Slack, Google Suite).
- Preferred certifications:
ITILv4, ACMT, CCT, CompTIA
. - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Notebook LM, Writer).
- Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
; ability to work independently and in teams. - Flexible availability and occasional travel for offsite meetings or emergencies.
- Military IT background a plus.
